Bucephalandra Sintang Green is a sought-after potted form of Bucephalandra originating from the riverbanks of West Kalimantan, Borneo. It features narrow, elongated green leaves with a subtle metallic sheen and lightly wavy edges that give it a refined, natural appearance. This rooted form is robust and establishes quickly when attached to rock or driftwood, thriving in both submerged and emersed conditions. Like most Bucephalandra, it grows slowly but steadily, adapting well to low or medium light and stable aquarium parameters. Its deep green tones and compact growth make it an excellent midground or accent plant for detailed aquascapes, adding texture and contrast without overpowering surrounding plants.
Note: Bunches or bundled plants are not produced at Tropica’s nursery. They are not guaranteed to be free from pesticides and thus we recommend not to put them directly in tanks with sensitive shrimps or delicate fish. For precaution, keep bundled plants in tanks where water is changed twice a week for 2 weeks before keeping them with sensitive animals.
