Bacopa Caroliniana or Bacopa Red for short, is a lovely aquarium stem plant characterized by delicate, flower-like clusters of light green leaves. When grown in high tech planted aquariums, it may develop pink and red colors! A staple in the hobby, it adds a whimsical effect to aquascapes and is great for midground planting. Alternatively, this aquatic plant can be grown as a paludarium or terrarium plant above water and may bloom tiny purple and blue flowers.

Bacopa Red is a great starter plant because it does not require CO2 injection and will grow with a nutrient-rich environment alongside clean water.We recommend moderate light as low lighting may result in slow or leggy growth.
